Portfolio Access Terms

Version 1.0 · Effective September 27, 2026

These Portfolio Access Terms (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Kenneth C. Wong (“Kenneth,” “I,” or “me”) governing your access to the private professional portfolio at kennethcwong.com (the “Portfolio”). By checking the agreement box on the access request form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are requesting access on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and these Terms bind both you and that organization.

1. What these Terms protect

“Portfolio Content” means everything made available to you through the Portfolio or your login, including career history, results, rankings, compensation-related details, résumé and other documents, letters and excerpts of recommendation, the names and titles of the people who wrote them, photographs, contact details, and any other information about me or third parties. Portfolio Content is confidential and is shared with you only because you requested it for a specific purpose.

2. Permitted purpose only

You may access and use Portfolio Content solely for the purpose you selected and described in your access request (the “Permitted Purpose”), such as evaluating me for a specific position, board or committee appointment, speaking engagement, or consulting or partnership opportunity. Any other use requires my prior written consent.

3. Your login is personal

Your access credentials are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. You agree to keep your password secure and to notify me promptly at email me if you believe your login has been used without your authorization. You are responsible for any access that occurs through your credentials.

4. What you agree not to do

Except as expressly allowed in Section 5, you agree that you will not:

  • copy, download, screenshot, record, print, scrape, or otherwise reproduce Portfolio Content;
  • share, forward, publish, post, sell, or otherwise disclose Portfolio Content to anyone;
  • upload or enter Portfolio Content into any database, applicant tracking system, data broker service, public or third-party artificial intelligence tool, or similar service, except as needed for the Permitted Purpose within your own organization;
  • contact any person who wrote or is named in a recommendation, or any reference, without my prior consent;
  • use Portfolio Content to market to me or anyone else, to build a profile or dossier, or for any competitive, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful purpose; or
  • attempt to access any part of the site you have not been given access to, or interfere with its security.

5. Limited sharing inside your organization

If your Permitted Purpose is a hiring, board, or selection process, you may share my résumé, and a summary of Portfolio Content, with colleagues in your organization who are directly involved in that same process and who have a need to know. You are responsible for ensuring they treat that information as confidential under these Terms. Access to the Portfolio itself may not be shared.

6. Access period and ending access

Access is granted for a limited period, currently 72 hours from approval, after which your login closes automatically. I may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Your obligations under these Terms continue after your access ends. When the Permitted Purpose is complete, or if I ask, you agree to delete any copies of Portfolio Content in your possession, other than copies you are required to keep by law or your organization’s records policy, which remain subject to these Terms.

7. Ownership

Portfolio Content is owned by me or used with permission of its owners and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view Portfolio Content for the Permitted Purpose. No other right or license is granted.

8. Records of access

To protect the Portfolio, the site records your request details, your acceptance of these Terms (including the date, time, and IP address), and your sign-in activity. This information is used only to administer and protect access to the Portfolio and is not sold.

9. If these Terms are broken

Unauthorized use or disclosure of Portfolio Content could cause me serious harm that money alone cannot adequately remedy. If you breach these Terms, I may end your access immediately, and I may seek any remedy available by law, including injunctive relief, without having to post a bond, as well as damages. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse my reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in enforcing these Terms against you.

10. No warranty

Portfolio Content is provided for evaluation purposes only, “as is,” and may change without notice. It is not an offer or a contract for services, and it does not create any obligation on my part.

11. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your access will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. My failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. I may update these Terms for future access requests; the version you accepted governs your access.

12. Questions

Questions about these Terms may be sent to email me.
