Position Scope

Directed all enterprise-wide activities related to marketing, advertising, community outreach, physician relations and service line development

for employed provider network throughout Broward County. Collaborated with all internal and external stakeholders to support

and promote systemwide growth objectives. Managed teams responsible for business development, community outreach and systemwide

event registration. Organized networking events and identified promotional opportunities for providers. Reported directly to

the Senior VP of Ambulatory Services with dotted line to VP of Marketing and Communications.

Key Accomplishments

• Created all new marketing and advertising collateral, including print and digital, for >130 employed providers (Broward Health

Physician Group). Standardized onboarding and promotional launch plans for new providers.

• Created a subsection of BrowardHealth.org dedicated to employed providers (Broward Health Physician Group).

• Designed marketing and business development plans for key service lines/physicians.

• Managed Broward Health Call Center and staff, which was responsible for systemwide event registration.

• Supervised staff responsible for Urgent Care and Diagnostics growth and development.
