Position Scope
Responsible for physician and ambulatory business growth objectives following health system expansion into two counties (Broward
and Palm Beach) through the management of ten physician business development representatives and a data analyst. Collaborated with
corporate marketing and hospital/ASC leadership to define and achieve corporate objectives.
Key Accomplishments
• Assisted with the creation and launch of a system-wide COVID-19 physician communications plan.
• Realigned territory staff and resources to optimize system growth performance in two counties following the acquisition of 3 hospitals
and one newly built ASC.
• Created and presented market assessments and business development updates for internal and external stakeholders, including senior
leadership, medical executive committees, and ASC investors.
• Conducted daily team huddles to assess COVID-19 impact on staff, physicians, and patients.
• Built and managed department budget and oversaw all team member-related activities, development, and evaluations.
